ACDC 2024 BATIZADO
From April 25 to 28, Abada-Capoeira DC (ACDC) held our annual workshops series with MESTRANDA GIGI, the 2nd edition of our CAPITAL GAMES and our BATIZADO and Graduation Promotion. ABADÁ-Capoeira DC is now offering scholarships to young people aged 6 to 18, from under-served families facing financial hardship and who are currently studying in elementary or secondary school grades, and who demonstrate the following personal characteristics: Financial need; Good character; Commitment; and Reliable attendance at classes The Benefits of Capoeira Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art and self-defense discipline that incorporates fighting techniques, acrobatics, dance, percussion, and songs, in a rhythmic dialogue of body, mind, and spirit.
